Today was my first time at Snow Family Dental and I was a little nervous on what to expect, but from the moment I walked into the door Debbie greeted me with a kind smile and friendly words. She made me love the dentist office and I can’t wait to go back! I feel apart of the Snow Family Dental now!! Thank you Debbie!!

I never was one to look forward to a dental appointment until I became a Snow Family Dental patient. Now, it is a pleasure. The staff is amazing! Dr. Snow is thorough in her assessment and prioritization of recommended dental work. Issues and options are clearly explained. She is gentle during procedures and is diligent in achieving quality outcomes. I have had lots of opportunities to witness Dr. Snow's skills and chairside manner....during my own care and care provided to family members. Of the four dentists I have had in my lifetime, she is the VERY best. And, I can say the same for her office staff. They are kind, caring and accommodating! So, five stars today for Snow Family Dental following a precision dental cleaning with Jen! BTW: I drive 70 miles one way to Snow Family Dental...worth every mile and every minute!

Yesterday I began the process of having a new crown installed. Melissa and Dr. Snow were very thorough and clear with their explanations of the process. They walked me through every step from the numbing all the way through the temporary crown. Altogether it took about 1 1/2 hours but I felt comfortable the whole time. Today I’m feeling no pain at all. Bridget and Debbie helped me with some billing questions as well. Overall a really great experience.

To say that I had a challenging issue is an understatement. I can't say enough good things about Snow Family Dental. From being warmly greeted when I walked through the door until resolution when my problem was fixed - I was treated professionally with kindness and a thorough understanding of what was needed to achieve the best result I was looking for. I spent a lot of time with Melissa and she is excellent at fixing problems - whether they be temporary or permanent. Dr. Snow explains things as she works on them which I appreciate. After a bad experience with another dentist and having my wisdom teeth out, I had neglected my teeth for a few years. I have been seeing Dr. Snow and Hygenist Jen since 2019 and they have me back on the right track. Jen is great at making me feel comfortable and let's me know where my home care is falling short without scolding. Dr. Snow is thorough, professional, and friendly. After my long time dentist retired, I was switched to a corporate chain. It never felt like I was getting proper exams or service there. All that changed at Snow Family Dental! I have been with Snow Family Dental (SFD) now for several years. First, and foremost I have received thorough, professional and competent care. Any referrals to other professionals, that were required, were also of the same leve I was alwalys told of my options in degrees of good, better and best in regards to dealing with the issues; by both SFD and any of the referrals professionals I saw. I felt comfortable discussing cost. I have continued to be a patient at Snow Family dental, because of Dr. Christine Snow excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly care. The staff follows with same care and service. Debbie who takes care of the billing has made my paying g experience enjoyable and cannot saybtgat about most places where you need to pay. But as important, was the friendliness that came with the competency and professionalism of all of office staff at SFD, from reception to dental assistants.

My first appointment at Snow Family Dental was great! The staff was friendly and fun. Melissa answered all my questions and was incredibly thorough during my exam. She was very personable! I worked with Dr. Hudson while Dr. Snow was on maternity leave. If I hadn’t been well informed, I would have guessed Dr. Hudson was permanently with the office. Great care all around, even on my way out. Debbie was efficient and friendly helping me with booking my next appointment and setting up appointments for my husband. I’m thrilled I made the change to Snow Family Dental!

Both Mary Pat and I ( Mike Frankenstein) have been going to Snow Family Dental for several years. We have always experienced the most excellent care: starting with the Front Desk Coordinator, Debbie, who is always courteous, methodical and proactive in arranging or, if necessary, rearranging our appointments. Our dental hygienist, Dawn, incorporates the same wonderful interpersonal skills as well as being technically proficient and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient of Dr Snow’s for a few years now but I brought my 7 year old son in recently for a 2nd opinion on a fair amount of dental work that was recommended by a different (pediatric) dentist and I left feeling very informed and confident about his treatment plan. I have had many bad experiences with dentists. So many in fact that I stopped going altogether for about 10 years. Then I decided to try Dr. Snow after extensive internet review research. I’m so happy I did. Her team made me feel so comfortable and helped me get my teeth healthy again. Now I go to the dentist every 4-6 months and even pay out of network dental fees just to keep going there. I don’t have the anxiety over going to the dentist that I used to. My last dentist recently retired and I was forced to find a new dental practice. I chose Snow Family Dental of Frankfort mainly because of the many positive reviews I read on line. After my initial visit I knew I would need quite a bit of work done on my teeth and was a little nervous about doing so. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Snow and her staff. My dental work went extremely well and her office is very clean and safe with all the proper protocols in place for COVID. It’s always a little intimidating finding a new dentist and I feel really lucky to have found them.

I have a lot going on with my teeth, went in little nervous about what has to happen to get them right again, and left feeling confident in her work and ability. I switched to Snow Family Dental a few years ago and could not be more happy! The staff found several cavities that my previous dentist had overlooked and got them taken care of immediately. Then, they worked with me to determine what was causing the cavities in the first place to eliminate the issue. I haven't had any new cavities since and my fillings are doing great. They are so friendly and helpful here... and make it clear that your dental health/hygiene are their priority, not selling you products or finding "issues" just to bill you. I also love that you get a check up by Dr. Snow at each visit in addition to your cleaning by the hygienist. Great staff and excellent care. I am so happy to have switched to this practice!

The staff at Snow Family Dental is amazing! I am so excited about their move to Frankfort! Dr. Snow will be a welcome addition to the growing community! Updated review 11/15/19 I had 2 crowns done and they are perfect. She took extra time with me because I wouldn’t get numb. I thought for sure she would get frustrated after the 3rd booster shot, but she kept her bubbly personality all the way through. Her assistant JoAnne is a sweetheart and a lot of fun. Hate your smile? I did too. Walked into snow family dental, getting the feel of feeling like family, and walked out with gorgeous pearly whites. It’s not common to find a dentist office that has a beautiful staff that makes you comfortable and makes sure your teeth are healthy and clean. More offices should take notes.

Friendly people, led by Dr. Snow and her energetic and bright mind. Dr. Snow listens but comes with important knowledge that none of us know anything about (let's be honest none of us stay up on dental trends). The staff is great and the hygienists really try hard to make it a quick (and pain-free) experience. My teeth are in much better shape than the rest of me thanks to Dr. Snow and her staff!

Every four months I drive from downtown Chicago to Homewood to have my teeth cleaned and examined in the friendly offices of Dr. Snow. From the reception by Sandy who greets me since 17 years to Dawn who cleans my teeth, I feel comfortable and welcome. Dr Snow herself is one of the best Dentists I have known in my long life of 81 years. She is competent and I trust her judgement completely. She is helping me to keep all of my own teeth except only one implant. I warmly recommend Dr Snow for the keeping of your smile.

I’ve been to many dentists in my life but I have to say this was definitely my most pleasant experience ever! The staff was extremely kind and courteous, I completely forgot I was having work done because I felt so at ease. All dentist offices should be this comforting, I most definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

The search for an awesome dentist is over. Dr. Snow and staff were very friendly. We were taken care of right away.They did an amazing job with my 3yr old and 12yr old twins. They were very clear and thorough with the dental hygien after care. I made a follow up appointment for my children and a new patient appointment for my husband and I. We all left the office very happy.

I thought it would be very difficult to replace my pervious dentist but Dr Snow did the job. Her staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. No easy feat at the dentist. I love coming to the dentist. Not to every dentist, but to Dr. Snow. She treats her patient with incredible care and compassion, and is conservative but effective in her approach. She uses a modern approach to treating her patients. I have two kids who love coming to see her as well. Her hygienists are wonderful and so gracious. I willingly drive 45 minutes just to see Dr. Snow and her associates.

My first visit to Snow Family Dental was excellent. Form my first contact through phone I appreciated the courtesy, listing to what I wanted and then their attention to detail.
